So effective September 2022, we are expanding our schedule!

Starting September 3rd, our medical center in Glendale will be expanding its service hours to be open on Saturdays. Our Phoenix and Mesa locations will continue to be available for those who can visit during regular hours.
No-Cost Women’s Healthcare Services
Choices offers a wide variety of services for women, including no-cost pregnancy testing, no-cost ultrasounds, no-cost pregnancy options counseling, and other services. We also provide STD testing.
