Bacterial Vaginosis
common, treatable, vaginal conditionMany people with BV do not have symptoms, but if you do you may notice thin white or gray vaginal discharge, pain, itching, or burning in the vagina, strong fish-like odor (especially after sex), burning when peeing, itching around the outside of the vagina, etc.
Chlamydia
common, treatable, sexually transmitted infectionChlamydia often has no symptoms, but it can cause serious health problems, even without symptoms. Genital Herpes
common, treatable, sexually transmitted infectionMost people with genital herpes have no symptoms or have very mild symptoms. Mild symptoms may go unnoticed or be mistaken for other skin conditions like a pimple or ingrown hair. Because of this, most people do not know they have a herpes infection.
Gonorrhea

HIV/AIDS

Human Papillomavirus
common, treatable, sexually transmitted infectionIn most cases (9 out of 10), HPV goes away on its own within two years without health problems. When HPV does not go away, it can cause health problems like genital warts or cancer.
Mycoplasma
common, treatable, sexually transmitted infectionPeople with Mycoplasma genitalium (Mgen) often have no symptoms. Someone with symptoms may notice: Vaginal discharge, a burning sensation when peeing, discharge from the penis, etc. The right treatment with antibiotics can cure Mgen.
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
treatable if diagnosed earlyPelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is an infection of a woman’s reproductive organs, and is a complication often caused by some STIs, like chlamydia and gonorrhea. There are no tests for PID; diagnosis is usually based on a combination of your medical history, physical exam, etc.
Syphilis
common, treatable, sexually transmitted infectionSyphilis can cause serious health problems without treatment. Infection develops in stages, and each stage can have different signs and symptoms. Babies can also get syphilis. Congenital syphilis is the disease that happens when people pass syphilis to their babies during pregnancy.
Trichomoniasis
common, treatable, sexually transmitted infectionAbout 70% of people with the infection do not have any signs or symptoms. When Trichomoniasis does cause symptoms, they can range from mild irritation to severe inflammation. ‘Trich’ can cause genital inflammation, making it easier to get HIV
